Shipping, Returns, Payments

Language:

The following languages are currently understood and written by our staff: English, German, Dutch, Russian, French, Italian.

Prices:

The prices are shown including the German VAT 19% and shipping costs not included. If you are located outside EU, when you are logged in, you can see the prices without VAT and the invoice will follow exempt from VAT.

The Companies registered in the EU (except German Companies) with a valid VAT Number can enjoy a reverse charge purchase. The system handle this task in automatic.

Payment:

– Credit card securely processed by Stripe.
– Paypal.
(EU Countries only: NO, CH and UK (after Brexit) are not allowed with Paypal.
– Ideal (Netherlands).
– EPS (Austria).
– Sofort Ueberweisung.
– GiroPay (Deutschland).
– Bank Transfer.

Shipping and Exporting of the goods:

The goods are ever shipped CPT (Carriage Paid To) or CIP if insured (Carriage and Insurance Paid To) the delivery address of the Client. The goods exported to non-EU Countries, where Customs procedures are involved, are to be considered as delivered after inbound and scanning in the local Customs. We are not responsible for Customs procedures, rules and fees. The client has to take care about these tasks. The goods refused to be cleared from the Customs or refused from the Client cannot in any cases get refunded. The Client will be debited for any additional costs consequent the refuse to clear the goods. Loses or damages will be refunded only for the insured value of the shipping.

The goods delivered towards parcels shops near the borders of the EU (especially near the border between EU and CH) are intended as finally delivered to EU, and therefore charged with VAT. The clients who export these goods, after the delivery was performed and signed by the authorized receiver in the shop, are not automatically entitled to request a VAT refund. A VAT refund can be considered (but not automatically approved) only if the client can supply, beside the stamp of the EU customs, apposed on the original of our invoice, also the proof of the payment of the VAT in the destination Country for the same item. The procedure of the VAT refund has a non refundable cost of 25,- Euro and is subject to the approval of the German Tax Office.

Warranty:

All our products are covered by the EU warranty of 2 years. Some restriction may apply on some product, if a professional use is involved. Refer please to the warranty of the producer of the goods.

Insurance:

All shipped goods to EU (not included Greece Cyprus and Malta) are covered by a standard insurance of 500 Euro. The goods shipped to all other Countries are covered by a standard insurance of 100 Euro. If further coverage is required, it will be at the Purchaser’s discretion and cost. We will help arrange further insurance cover if required.

Returns:

The items can be returned, within 14 days from the date of the delivery. This applies only to private customers (end users) of the European Community + CH and NO, and not to Companies which are not entitled to return the items. We will gladly replace, exchange, or credit the items. Shipping charges are in any case non-refundable. The return fees are always paid by the customer. We do ask that the item be returned in the same condition as received with all of the original paperwork. No returns are accepted on used items, items that are not in original condition or with opened blister or sealed packages. Special order items or cut items are also non-returnable. The return policy applies only to the private end customers of the European Community + CH and NO.

The clients returning goods from CH and NO have to take care to correctly fill the AWB and customs declaration at the origin Post Office, because we cannot receive goods charged from VAT or every kind of customs fees. In such a case the shipping will be refused and automatically returned. We are not responsible for any extra charges to the client for receiving the goods back.

Hazardous or toxic items such as paint, flares, fire extinguishers, batteries, epoxies, compressed gas and some cleaners cannot be shipped to International destinations or to freight forwarders who will export them overseas.

These items can be shipped only within the European Countries + Switzerland, where the transport is made by road and not by air.
